Let’s create ravings fans together!
Our Process
Step 1: Consultation Call
Our first step is a phone call to talk about how we can help you and your business. Are you currently using social media to market your business? Do you have staff in place that could help build content? What are you branding goals? Once we understand these things, and you understand how we can help, we can select a package that makes sense and move forward!
Step 2: Client Discovery
Schedule a discovery call where we will do a deep dive into your business. We want to learn what makes you tick. We want to learn what makes you better than your competitors, where you want to see improvements, why your celebrated, etc. We also want to learn what drives your business's profitability, what brings eyeballs to you, and where you see your business moving in the future. We want to get to know YOU!
Step 3: Onboarding
Onboarding is an extremely important step for us. Before we start creating content we will come to you to visit your business. We want to meet your staff, see your stores or building sites, ask more pointed questions, and really understand how your business operates on a day to day basis. We believe this is a crucial step - we are creating a partnership and becoming an extension of you, so we need to absorb as much information as possible to successfully market your brand online.
Step 4: Execution
Now it's time to sit back and allow us to help tell your story. For complete success we will always need to work in partnership, but we will take the strategic and creative work off your shoulders and start executing!

“I knew we needed to be more active on social media but didn’t have the time. R.W. Media posts content to showcase our unique projects and the pride that goes behind each one. We have noticed an uptake in business and are glad we finally pulled the trigger!”
