A little about us.

Our History

In 2016, we launched a construction business and built it on the back of social media. With over 65 major construction projects and 7 years of dedicated social media marketing under our belts we decided to help others tell their stories through social media!  

Why Ag & Construction?

We believe there is massive potential for agricultural and construction companies in the social realm.  In general, blue collar industries have been late adopters of social media and with our construction experience and exposure to the agriculture  industry from birth, we are perfectly positioned to help others grow.

Social media marketing is not easy if you want to do it right. We’ve immersed ourselves in the social marketing world for the past 7 years are still learning almost every day.  Done right, you can create raging fans who WANT to buy from you!

Kaitlyn Blair

Growing up with an art teacher in the house, I was lucky to get the creative gene.  The past 8 years has been spent designing custom homes and renovations, managing social media accounts and creating content.
Creating fun and engaging content that tell stories over time is what I love doing.  There are always more ways to show off a companies stories than people think.  I like bringing a fresh view to the same thing companies have been doing forever to help make their new and existing customers raving fans!   

Brad Blair

Growing up in a small ag / mining town engrained hard work and grit into me.   With a later  background in finance and small business, I gained the love for creative, strategic thinking.  The past 8 years have been spent growing a construction business from zero and learning how all the important pieces fit together.  Employee relationships, lean operations, customer experience, branding, etc. - all these need to be blended together to be successful and that's my passion. 
Building strategic social media marketing plans are essential to successfully telling a small business's story and that is what I thrive at.  Keeping the big picture as the northern star and allowing for creativity in the middle is the magic sauce that I focus on!
