Who They Are

Old Town Country is a farm and country store located in St. Peters, Missouri, serving rural and suburban customers across the St. Louis metro area.

Their product range runs the full spectrum— livestock supplies and feed, outdoor living, seasonal goods, and everything in between. More than a retail store, Old Town Country is a community fixture.

It’s the kind of place where staff know regulars by name, where the parking lot fills up on a Saturday morning, and where the personality of the business is as much of a draw as the products on the shelves.

The Challenge

Despite strong community roots, Old Town Country's online presence wasn't reflecting what made the store special.

St. Peters is one of the fastest-developing areas in the St. Louis region— Old Town Country’s location has been progressively built around by new commercial development, making digital visibility more important than ever.

Customers who might have stumbled across the store a decade ago now needed to find it intentionally. The challenge wasn’t just awareness — it was authenticity. A farm and country store with real personality didn’t need polished, corporate-feeling content.

They needed content that actually looked and felt like them: the staff, the culture, the seasons, the events. Anything less would ring false to the loyal customer base they’d already built.

Our Solution

We built the strategy around what Old Town Country already had: real people, strong community roots, seasonal relevance, and a store experience worth showing. The goal was to make their online presence feel as authentic, active, and recognizable as the business itself.

Staff-Driven Content

We put real faces at the center of the brand by highlighting staff, customer interactions, product knowledge, and the personality people already knew from visiting the store.

Location-Forward Videography

We used store footage, product visuals, and drone video to show the size, setting, and local presence of Old Town Country in a way regular photos could not.

Seasonal & Event Campaigns

We built content around the natural rhythm of the business, from spring planting to fall events, using product spotlights, promotions, social coverage, and post-event recaps to drive attention and foot traffic.

The content behind the growth...

The Results

A social presence that finally matched the energy of the store itself.

These results were generated through entirely organic content — no paid amplification. For a local retail store competing for attention in one of the most developed commercial corridors in the St. Louis metro, numbers like these represent a meaningful shift in how the community is finding and engaging with Old Town Country online.
